GLASSMAN, Justice.

Jane Stowell Mason, Mary Stowell Waitt, and Elizabeth K. Stowell (the beneficiaries) appeal and Rand N. Stowell cross-appeals from a judgment of the Cumberland County Probate Court (Childs, J.) allowing in part and disallowing in part an award of attorney fees to the beneficiaries. The beneficiaries contend that the Probate Court failed to follow our mandate in In re Estate of Stowell, 595 A.2d 1022
