Appellant-plaintiff purchased a property insurance policy from appellee-defendant. The purchase was financed by Siuprem, Inc., an insurance premium finance company. See OCGA § 33-22-2 (2). Siuprem retained a power of attorney to cancel the policy in the event of default.
