Judgment unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum:

Defendant was convicted of one count of official misconduct (Penal Law § 195.00 [1]) for permitting his son to use a hydraulic pallet cart owned by the Town of Ontario at the son's place of business for 3½ years. Defendant was the Superintendent of the Town of Ontario Water Utilities Department for the greater part of that period. The evidence is sufficient to support defendant's conviction.
