BRECKENRIDGE, Presiding Judge.

Larry Harris appeals his conviction following a jury trial for the class C felony of failure to return rented personal property, § 578.150, RSMo 1986,1 for which Mr. Harris was sentenced to five years' imprisonment. Mr. Harris also appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 postconviction motion after an evidentiary hearing.
