MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

This case deals with the single issue of whether probation commences under an ambiguous sentencing pronouncement, while in or out of prison custody. Daniel Ignatz Tramp appeals the district court's1 order clarifying the sentence it previously imposed upon Tramp for violating 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 371. We affirm the district court's order.
