STATON, Judge.

A jury found Diane Costello a/k/a Sister Berry ("Costello") guilty of three counts of theft, a class D felony1. In her appeal, Costello raises two issues for our review which we restate as follows:

I. Whether the trial court's failure to conduct an arraignment prior to Costello's trial constituted fundamental error. II. Whether her jury conviction was supported by sufficient evidence...
