Plaintiff Nationwide contends the trial court erred by granting partial summary judgment in favor of defendant Lowery (Lowery). By means of its order, the trial court determined that Lowery's alleged injuries, resulting from acts of defendant Robert Abernethy (Abernethy) committed prior to October 1988, were covered under a homeowner's policy issued by plaintiff to defendants Abernethy.
