In this appeal from the Superior Court we address the scope of the Court's authority to set aside a sheriff's sale. Appellants-Intervenors, Daniel J. Burge and Clifford Henry ("Intervenors") appeal from an order setting aside a sheriff's sale at which they successfully bid for real property. Intervenors claim that the Superior Court exceeded its authority in voiding the sale on the basis of an unilateral mistake...
