Carl Walchshauser appeals from a declaratory judgment that he does not have an easement appurtenant for ingress and egress across property belonging to Glen Hyde and Hyde-Way, Inc., the appellees, from a hangar located on property owned by him adjacent to an airport taxiway and runway.
