Defendant State of Oregon1 appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in this negligence action arising out of the death of plaintiff's decedent. Defendant assigns error to evidentiary rulings by the court that limited the use of a medication chart offered into evidence by defendant, OEC 105, and that sustained plaintiff's objection to evidence concerning plaintiff's disposition of the decedent's remains.
