OPINION

MANNHEIMER, Judge.

Randall Williams appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated, AS 28.35.030(a). We affirm.

On March 20, 1993, Alaska State Trooper Gary Tellep observed one car towing another down College Road in Fairbanks.
