Before the Court is the Motion of Defendants Illinois Central Railroad Company ("ICRR"), National Railroad Passenger Corporation ("AMTRAK"), and Don Crimmin ("Crimmin," an engineer for AMTRAK) for Partial Summary Judgment [105-1].
