Defendant, Michael Martin, was found guilty as charged by unanimous verdict of a twelve-person jury of the attempted second degree murder of Chelsea Lindsey. The trial court found defendant to be a third felony offender and he was sentenced to ninety years at hard labor without the benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence.
