The defendant, Eric Bernard Thomas, was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A)(1). A jury found him guilty as charged, and the district court sentenced him to serve 150 months at hard labor. Thomas appeals his conviction, setting forth six assignments of error. Finding no merit to the assignments, we affirm.
