This action arises out of an alleged hit-and-run accident involving plaintiff, Boyce Childs. Following this alleged accident, Childs retained appellant, Bruce Waltzer, to represent him in an action seeking benefits under the uninsured-motorist provisions in an insurance policy issued by defendant/appellee, State Farm.
