OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

Hilton Murdock Aitch appeals his conviction for theft by receiving. Appellant was charged by indictment, pled not guilty, and was found guilty by the jury. The court assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions, at 45 years confinement. In eleven points of error appellant complains that evidence should have been suppressed as the fruit of a warrantless arrest and search. Appellant also complains of the testimony of a witness...
