Plaintiffs appeal the trial court's dismissal of their medical negligence action with prejudice as a sanction for failure to comply with prior orders compelling Plaintiffs to produce documents, answer interrogatories and amend their petition to make it more definite and certain. On appeal, Plaintiffs maintain, inter alia, that the trial court had no jurisdiction to enter its order dismissing the action
