The appellant appeals from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission finding that he failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he is permanently and totally disabled and that he is entitled to a wage loss disability of only twenty percent. For reversal, the appellant contends that the Commission erred in finding that he failed to prove that he is permanently totally disabled, in finding that the doctrine of res judicata applied...
