The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Defendant gave an undercover police officer more than four ounces of cocaine on March 28, 1990, for the sum of $3,700. On April 5, 1990, and again on May 23, 1990, defendant offered to sell the same undercover officer specific quantities of cocaine for agreed upon amounts of money.
