This appeal arises from a suit for injunction brought by several residents of Little Farms Subdivision against James Besse, also a resident of the subdivision. Plaintiffs' suit sought to enjoin Besse from operating a commercial business from his home and further sought a mandatory injunction ordering Besse to comply with certain subdivision building restrictions.
