Defendant Leonard Joseph Yannott appeals his jury convictions for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d). On appeal, the issues are (1) whether the district court properly denied defendant's motion to quash or dismiss the indictment for lack of jurisdiction...
