Paul Christopher Barish appeals the judgment of the trial court affirming the determination of the Director of Revenue to suspend or revoke his driver's license under § 302.505, RSMo 1986.1 The action of the Director resulted from Barish's arrest upon probable cause to believe that he was driving while his blood alcohol level was thirteen-hundredths of one percent or more.
