This appeal is from a summary judgment on limitations in a wrongful death and survival action alleging medical malpractice. Appellants bring three points of error. They contend the trial court erred in finding their claims barred under both section 10.01 of article 4590i of the Revised Civil Statutes (the Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act) and under section 16.003(b) of the Civil Practices and Remedies Code.
