Broken Bow Ranch, Inc., a South Dakota farming corporation (Broken Bow or Debtor), appeals the district court's1 affirmance of a bankruptcy court2 order denying Debtor a discharge in bankruptcy unless it pays $81,862 in "disposable income" to its unsecured creditors.
