TACHA, Circuit Judge.

Defendant was convicted under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On appeal defendant alleges two errors by the trial court. First, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to appoint a psychological expert to aid in preparing a defense. Second, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to set aside the verdict for prosecutorial misconduct. We exercise jurisdiction...
