CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Keith White and Paula White, individually and as parents of Brandi White, appeal a take-nothing summary judgment rendered against them in their suit against Liberty Eylau Independent School District. The Whites had sued the school district for damages caused when a school bus collided with their vehicle. Because we find that a genuine issue of fact exists as to the employment of the school bus driver, we reverse the summary...
