This action for foreclosure of a materialman's lien arose out of interior finish work performed in an office building owned by Resurgens Plaza South Associates ("Resurgens"). Summit Commercial Contractors, Inc., the general contractor employed by Resurgens, subcontracted with DCG Electrical Construction, Inc.
