OPINION

BILLINGS, Presiding Judge:

Defendant Maximo Ramon Ramos appeals from a conviction for distribution of a controlled substance, a second degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(ii) (1990). We affirm.
