PER CURIAM.
On recommendation of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, we grant the committee's petition and order that Ezra Earl Maglothin, Jr. of Fayetteville, Arkansas is hereby barred from the practice of law in the State of Arkansas and direct that Mr. Maglothin's name be removed from the list of attorneys authorized to practice law in this state.
