Lorenzo Sukiz-Grado entered a conditional guilty plea to possessing less than fifty kilograms of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(D). He was sentenced to twenty-one months imprisonment and three years of supervised release.
