This matter involves the trade dress infringement of Plaintiff Tools USA and Equipment Company's ("Tools USA") newsprint mail order catalog. Defendant is Champ Frame Straightening Equipment, Inc. ("Champ"). Trial by jury began on November 7, 1994, and a verdict of $38,387.19 was returned for Plaintiff on November 10, 1994.
