Mr. Jackson, convicted by a jury of four counts of mail fraud under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 2, challenges the sufficiency of the evidence on counts two through four and the calculation of loss for sentencing and the restitution award. The jury acquitted him on count one; count five essentially goes unchallenged. He received a 20-month sentence and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $54,135.68. We have jurisdiction...
