This appeal arises from Appellant's conviction of aggravated assault on a peace officer, operation of a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, and burglary of a motor vehicle with intent to commit theft, all of which were alleged to have arisen out of the same criminal episode. Appellant waived his right to trial by jury and upon entering a plea of guilty, was found guilty and sentenced to a term of thirty-five (35) years on the aggravated assault...
