LANDRIEU, Judge.

Gary D. Harris was convicted of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of La.Rev.Stat.Ann. § 40:967 (West 1992).1 He was sentenced to ten years hard labor, suspended, and placed on five years active probation with special conditions, including serving eighteen months in parish prison. In addition, $161.50 court costs were imposed, and the court ordered that he serve thirty days in prison...
