This appeal arises from a forfeiture proceeding in the Circuit Court of Washington County on a vehicle belonging to the appellant, Eva Thomas Curtis. The vehicle was ordered forfeited after Curtis' brother drove in it to her residence and was arrested for possession of cocaine shortly thereafter.
