We revisit, after trial, the request of Maxwell Newspapers, Inc. to expunge the proofs of claim filed by Mirror Group Newspapers, plc, and two of its subsidiaries, MGN Limited and RTI Holdings, Inc. I will refer to Maxwell Newspapers, Inc. as "Maxwell Newspapers" and to the latter group of companies...
