DANA, Justice.
Brian Phelps appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Oxford County, Brodrick, J.) on a jury verdict finding him guilty of aggravated assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208 (Supp.1993). Phelps argues that there was insufficient evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that he had the requisite state of mind, and that the court erred in not suspending the entire sentence.
