This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining an exception of res judicata. Eugene Desadier and his wife, Margie Hay Desadier, originally sought an injunction to prevent the public sale of their seized property alleging defects in the executory proceedings filed by Henry Insurance Agency, Inc.
