Presently before the Court are the parties Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment. Both Exxon Corporation ("the Company") and Exxon Employees' Federation of Texas ("the Union") stipulate that no genuine question of material fact exists and agree that the dispute centers around a purely legal question. The sole issue for this Court's determination is whether the arbitrator exceeded his scope of authority...
