Following a bench trial, Lewis was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol with an alcohol concentration of 0.10 grams or more (OCGA § 40-6-391 (a) (4)). The trial court considered the results of a pre-arrest blood-alcohol test administered to Lewis at the hospital where he was taken and treated.
