KING, Circuit Judge:

Fletcher Thomas Mann, a Texas death row inmate convicted of capital murder, appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

I. PROCEDURAL POSTURE
