PER CURIAM.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission (Commission) recommends that this Court discipline Judge Daniel W. Perry through a public reprimand for conduct unbecoming a member of the judiciary. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 12, Fla. Const. For the reasons expressed, we approve the Commission's recommendation.
