Dwyer of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, third offense, see secs. 346.63(1)(a) & 346.65(2)(c), Stats., an order suspending her driving privilege as the result of her refusal to submit to blood-alcohol tests, see sec. 343.305, Stats., and an order denying her motion for post-conviction relief.
