Dimitri R. Riggins appeals her conviction for conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The jury acquitted Ms. Riggins of an additional charge of possessing with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
