BLACKBURN, Judge.

In a three-count indictment, the appellant, Robert Walker (Walker), and his brother, John Henry Walker, were each charged with child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and statutory rape. Following a joint trial by jury, Walker was found guilty of child molestation and was acquitted of the other offenses.
