MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Generally, the Defendant alleges that the Plaintiffs preference action is barred by the statute of limitations set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 546(a).
