The main issue we must decide in this case is whether a newly acquired vehicle is a "covered auto" under an insurance policy. Specifically, we must determine whether an insured receives automatic coverage for thirty days after becoming the owner of a vehicle even though he does not request coverage for the vehicle as required by the terms of his policy.
