The sole allegation of error raised by Herschel Dennis Dillard (Dennis) in this appeal is that the Allen Circuit Court erred in its determination that it had jurisdiction to entertain the motion of the appellee, Claire Dillard Meador (Claire), to modify the custody of the parties' son, Nicholas, now aged ten.
