Defendants, Merk and Louetta Gaspard, husband and wife, were charged with bill of information with the offense of resisting an officer in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:108. Defendants filed a motion to quash the information. A contradictory hearing was conducted after which the trial court denied defendants' motion.
