COHEN, Justice.

Thomas J. Manahan, the father of appellants Scott and Heather Manahan, was employed by Haworth, Inc. (Haworth). Safeco Life Insurance Company (Safeco) issued a group life insurance policy to Haworth covering its employees that insured Manahan's life for $67,000.
